ASPCA Rachael Ray $100,000 Challenge

Community Support Needed to Find Homes for Animals and Save More Lives

DONATE

Can't adopt? Please consider donating toward an animal's adoption fee.

HSCA is one of 50 shelters nationwide competing in the ASPCA Rachael Ray $100,000 challenge. Our shelter could win a piece of the $600,000 in grant funding, but we win regardless by working with the community to save more lives.

Our goal is to adopt 675 animals to loving homes during the challenge. We can only do this with your support! Join us this June, July, and August to support our efforts to save more lives. We have adoption specials and events happening almost every weekend.

Schedule of Events:

August 2014

August 25 - 28: Empty the Shelter Week - adoption fees waived*
(hours vary)
August 29 - 31: Empty the Shelter Weekend (extended hours) - adoption fees waived*
(11am - 7pm)

*Puppies and some kittens are excluded. Other restrictions and fees may apply. Qualifying application required. For additional information about adopting, contact HSCA at 219.922.3811.
